Molded Contact Lens production

Our molded contact lens manufacturing, unlike other aspheric lenses on the market, incorporates the ideal aspheric curvature for each soft lens power and thickness and compensates for aberration caused by lens flexure on the eye. This results in an improved visual acuity at all distances, as well as an increased depth of field, correction of some refractive astigmatism and improved contract sensitivity, which provides crisper, sharper and clearer vision. Lens geomerty was designed to compensate peripheral hyperopic defocus and help control myopia in childhood. Our molded contact lenses are ideal choice for children, adolescents, for low astigmatics, early presbyopes, and those who wish to improve their overall vision.

These lenses are available in regular 55% methafilcon A material as well as in silicone hydrogel material.

These lenses are available in daily, bi-weekly and monthly modality. 

Lathe-cut contact lens production

Our newest technology special custom made aberration control lathe-cut contact lenses help customers who are unable to wear other types of contact lenses. Our unique contact lens manufacturing process gives better visual acuity, greater comfort, less corneal dryness for patients.

These lenses are available in GP materials and also in soft lens materials such as methafilcon A or US FDA approved silicone hydrogel material in a wide range of parameters, spherical and toric powers.
